Recording a payment
When you receive payment, open the invoice and click "Record Payment". Enter the amount, date, and payment method. If you use bank matching, payments can be recorded automatically when a matching transaction is found.
Enable bank matching to automatically mark invoices as paid when corresponding bank transactions are imported.
