These terms govern your use of the Saldo platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Saldo platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Description of Service
Saldo provides an AI-powered financial management platform including invoice creation, bill and receipt processing, bank statement import, transaction matching, and government e-invoicing integration. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Saldo only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the platform to process fraudulent documents, conduct money laundering, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
The Saldo platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Saldo and protected by intellectual property laws. Your financial data remains your property. We claim no ownership over the documents and data you upload.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. Continued use after the refund period constitutes acceptance of charges.
Limitation of Liability
Saldo is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy in AI processing and document handling, we are not liable for errors in automated data extraction. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all processed documents before submission to government systems or third parties.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws where our company is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
