Sending Invoices

Email invoices directly to clients from Saldo.

Once your invoice is ready, you can send it directly via email without leaving Saldo.

Send an invoice

1Open the invoice you want to send.
2Click the "Send" button.
3Verify the recipient email address (pulled from the client record).

Optionally add a personal message that will appear in the email body.

5Click "Send Invoice". The client receives a professional email with the PDF attached.

What the client receives

Clients receive an email from your organization name with the invoice PDF attached. The email includes a summary of the amount due and the due date.

You can resend an invoice at any time. Open the invoice and click "Send" again. Saldo tracks how many times each invoice has been sent.
