If you bill clients on a regular schedule, recurring invoices save you time by automatically generating and optionally sending invoices.

Setting up a recurring invoice

1Create a new invoice as usual (or open an existing one).
2Toggle "Make Recurring" before saving.
3Choose a frequency: weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

Set a start date and optionally an end date.

5Decide whether to auto-send or save as draft for review.

Managing recurring invoices

View all recurring schedules under Invoices → Recurring. From here you can pause, resume, edit, or delete any schedule. Each generated invoice is a standalone record that you can edit individually.

Pausing a recurring invoice does not delete already-generated invoices. It only stops future ones from being created.
