Navigate to Settings → Organization to configure your business details. These appear on all invoices and documents.

Under Settings → Invoice Settings, configure your defaults:
Invite team members from Settings → Team. Each member needs an email address and a role assignment. See the Team Management help article for details on roles and permissions.
Complete your organization settings before creating invoices. This ensures all your documents have the correct business information from the start.
