Organizing by Vendor

Saldo automatically groups your bills by vendor, making it easy to see your spending history with each supplier.

Vendor detection

When you upload a bill, the AI identifies the vendor and matches it to your existing vendor list. If it is a new vendor, Saldo creates a vendor record automatically.

Filtering and searching

• Use the vendor filter dropdown to see bills from a specific vendor.
• Search by vendor name, amount, or date range.
• Sort by date, amount, or status.
