If you work with international clients, you can issue invoices in their local currency while Saldo tracks the equivalent in your base currency.

How it works

1When creating an invoice, change the currency dropdown to the client's preferred currency.
2Enter line item amounts in the selected currency.
3Saldo automatically calculates the equivalent in your base currency using the daily exchange rate.

4The invoice PDF shows amounts in the selected currency.

Exchange rates

Exchange rates are updated daily from reliable financial sources. The rate used is locked at the time the invoice is created. You can manually override the rate if needed.

Exchange rate differences between invoice creation and payment receipt may result in small gains or losses. These are tracked in your financial reports.
