Managing Your Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Saldo plan.

Manage your Saldo subscription from the billing settings. You can upgrade for more features, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

View your current plan

Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, usage, and billing history. Your next billing date and amount are shown at the top.

Changing your plan

1Go to Settings → Billing.
2Click "Change Plan".

Select your new plan.

4For upgrades, the price difference is prorated for the current billing cycle.

5For downgrades, the new price takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Cancellation

To cancel, go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to come back.

Before cancelling, you can export all your data from Settings → Data Export.
