Importing Bank Statements

Upload bank statements to start matching transactions.

Import your bank statements into Saldo to automatically match transactions with invoices and bills.

Upload a statement

1Navigate to Bank Matching in the sidebar.
2Click "Import Statement".
3Select your bank from the list or choose "Other".

Upload your statement file (CSV, OFX, QIF, MT940, or PDF).

5Map the columns if prompted (only needed the first time for CSV files).

6Click "Import" to process the transactions.

After importing

Saldo immediately begins matching imported transactions against your invoices and bills. Matches are shown with a confidence score. High-confidence matches are auto-confirmed, while others are queued for your review.

For the best experience, import statements regularly (weekly or monthly). This keeps your matching up to date.
